[vz-dev] absolute value not pulses for power meter

hi,

is there any present support in pushing absolute values eg.
130Watt at 1234567890 (Watt at unixtimestamp) up to the vz-backend?
In fluxo i get the absolute values presented, and cause of that i have
to calculate the "virtual" ticks out of it. No big deal, but if there
would be support in the backend, i could avoid that.
