hört sich auch nicht gerade ermunternd an.

Das Teil basiert offenbar auf dem DS2423. Ist das der Dallas-Chip, den
du meintest?
Auf der Datenblatt-Seite
(http://www.maxim-ic.com/datasheet/index.mvp/id/2912) steht dazu: "The
DS2423 is no longer available. 1-Wire devices DS2433 and DS28EC20
provide comparable NV memory but not the counter functions." Grmpf...

"All counters are read-only. They are automatically cleared to 0 when
the battery is connected." K.A., wozu NVRAM benutzt wird.
Das Teil ist halt für battery-backup ausgelegt.

Andererseits könnte man das doch mit e6 nachbauen. NVRAM gibt's dort
auch (WIMRE)...
