[vz-dev] vzlogger: One common "middleware" setting for a meter?

Hi guys.

I tried to remove the individual "middleware" settings from the channels
and define one /common/ "middleware" setting for the meter, but that
doesn't work.

Would it not be a good idea to implement such, since the "normal"
usecase probably is to have a single middleware URL that applies to all
channels (and even to all meters)?
