[vz-dev] [volkszaehler.org] Use Highstock to display graph (#238)

Hallo Zusammen,

ich wärme die Diskussion mal auf der ML wieder auf. Unsere aktuelle Chart
Bibliothek flot scheint leider langsam aber sicher ihr end of life erreicht
zu haben (https://github.com/flot/flot/issues/1390). Diverse PRs die ich
gestellt habe stapeln sich unbeahtet in der Ecke, selbst offensichtliche
Bugfixes werden nicht bearbeitet.

Das legt- wenn wir neue Features wollen- nochmal den Gedanken näher
HighCharts (free for non-commercial use) zu verwenden:

- sieht besser aus (Standardfarben, Legende, Tooltips etc)
- bietet Touch Unterstützung
- bietet Minimap ootb
- viele Funktionen die in flot nur umständlich sind kommen "for free"

Technisch ist der Unterschied nicht groß, die Grafik oben kommt aus meinem
vz, hat 15min gedauert. Sinnvoll ist es m.E: nur wenn wir das als Paket
weiter zum Download vorhalten.

Seht ihr eine Möglichkeit die Lizenzprobleme zu lösen? Wäre MIT statt GPL
Lizenz für VZ ein Lösungsansatz (für meine Beiträge hätte ich da kein
Problem)?
