Problem 1. ist gelöst.
Derr Pi2 will in der /boot/config.txt einen Eintrag für i2c

dtparam=i2c_arm=on

danach sind auch die Devices da.
(sudo apt-get install i2c-tools)

sudo i2cdetect -y 1
