[Volkszaehler-users] new list: vz-users

Hi there,

when we started volkszaehler.org, only developers had a chance to get an installation runnning.
I think this is about to shift a little, so I've created a separate list for user issues.
Everyone who's been subscribed to vz-dev is now subscribed to vz-users as well.

Feel free to unsubscribe either list.

For posting: try to consider whether your post is more of a developer issue or more of a
user request and choose the appropriate list.
